SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING
Often times the most important planning is overlooked when people are overwhelmed with the day-to-day challenges of caring for a child with special needs, or for a parent who is no longer able to care for himself or herself. We can provide thoughtful guidance as you consider how to care for your child or parent after your passing. We can also assist you when you your child attains the age of majority (18) and will require a Guardianship in the State of Rhode Island or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
